Who we are

The Auberge de Savièse is a traditional restaurant located two minutes’ walk from Lake Geneva, full of charm and authenticity at the heart of the picturesque Pâquis quarter.

The Auberge de Savièse has been using traditional cooking methods for more than half a century. This gives you the opportunity to taste real Swiss cuisine, with local dishes from the canton of Valais.

The Auberge de Savièse has everything you expect from a high-quality restaurant. We invite you to discover or rediscover delicious dishes such as Raclette, homemade cheese fondue or our speciality: the creamy “half-and-half” cheese fondue, all prepared by our talented new team.

Meat fondues also take pride of place. Perhaps you would like to try our Bourguignonne, Bressanne or Chinese fondue.

Whether you choose to eat outside on the terrace on a sunny day, or indoors in the charming Carnotzet on a cold day, our new team will be delighted to serve you.
